******** WE CAN NOT THANK the entire Griffin family for their amazing hospitality and allowing us to use this hidden gem. Please Visit their website at https://www.lazygvenue.com you can even just rent a cabin and spend a weekend down there and I promise you will not want to leave! Please keep them in mind for weekend getaways they sure blessed our association.
This was planned for the rodeo family, and this is a FAMILY EVENT!! And that's how it will be ran no tolerance for disruptive behavior! Juniors and below must have an accompanying adult (Yes! The parent will have to purchase a ticket as well, their dinner will be included) besides they're going to have fun as well:)!!!!!
📢📢 EDITED TO ADD: I should have clarified before I understand not everyone can have a parent there but as long as you have an adult that will be responsible for you that will suffice.
If a senior parent wants to come and take pictures, then you are welcome to do that without having to pay but you will have to be gone before prom starts.
Is this a formal event? Yes! If you want it to be.... I can say there are several who have already purchased/borrowed dresses and most of the boys are wearing britches and button ups with a sport blazer that's about as fancy as it gets! Parents please don't go all out just throw on something nice and enjoy the night and this beautiful venue.
Please note there will be a parameter set up with caution tape and if you are caught outside of the area without a parent you will be sent home. There is only so many adults against kids and we will not tolerate any drama whatsoever! This is a Christian based ministry, and we intend to keep it that way.
